Simplisafe entry sensor not working
WebbI’m installing a new system. One of the entry sensors is for a metal door. The sensor adheres to the doorframe (wood) with no issues, but the smaller half of the unit just falls off of the metal door. I’ve tried several times to no success. I’m guessing it’s the material. Has anyone else solved this, or have any ideas? Thanks! Webb13 apr. 2024 · Regardless, problem is that presently I'm not getting push notifications from an entry sensor I have set to Alert Only / Secret Alert. The system recognizes the sensor, records the alert in the timeline, and sends a SMS to a phone number I have set up. But, no push notification on my (Android) phone.
