Web21 Aug 2012 · It was less than $10. I found 110 works best on my scooter. I tried each one and checked the plug after each test drive. With 115 it was too rich and wouldn't go over 40 mph and with 105 it was too lean and wouldn't go over 50 mph. With the 110 it goes 55 mph. Each scooter needs a different size depending on your air flow. WebA scooter that backfires is often a sign that it has a lack of oxygen or fuel.
