WebbCourt's approach to proxy discrimination is the morally correct ap-proach. Rather, I argue that its theory of wrongful discrimination is rea-sonable or apt for proxy discrimination. It addresses the issues such cases present and offers a resolution of them. Part I describes the conceptual distinction between proxy and non-proxy discrimination.
