I can't find exactly the same type of lower brackets to mount the inertia reel in my parts manual. If yours is a single cab there was a discussion thread somewhere about the correct brackets.

The inertia reel was previously bolted to the sill, where the tail-end of the seat-belt also fastens, but it was in way of the seat moving back very far ..so I moved it to just above the step.
