WebSep 16, 2014 · The Good Springs glitch and Logan's Loophole. i had spent 21 hours to get to level 40. thought i try logan's loophole. thought at level 30 that would be it when leaving good springs. true, experience points stoped at level 30. but the perks didn't. had five more perks to take than i thought. so doing it this way is like trying cram 50 levels ... WebLooking for tips for an optimized completionist build with jsawyer and logan's loophole. The title says it all. With jsawyer and logan's loophole, you're capped at level 20, so 19 levels of skill points, 10 perks total. Most of my build styles tend to be as completionist as possible, but I'm really splitting hairs figuring out what to sacrifice.
